Furthermore, the application is small enough that additional ef- fort could easily be taken to implement non-JS usage of the ap- plication. To be true, I think that doodle without JS would actu- ally be the better application. Not only is it less effort to im- plement, it also can be used by more clients, wastes less energy resources, has a better user interface ... and only lacks the fancy GUI effects.
