[I'm posting this entry on 2020-12-10, almost three  years  after
the  day. All entries of the time inbetween are only notes still.
Now I'm starting again to put them online ...]


Some wisdom:

     Wenn ein Mensch eine sehr elaborierte Sprache  erlernt,
     die  ihn  befaehigt, neue Sachverhalte zu erschliessen,
     dadurch aber gleichzeitig  nicht  mehr  oder  nur  noch
     eingeschraenkt  mit anderen kommunizieren kann ... dann
     hat er ebensoviel verloren wie  er  gewonnen  hat.  Nur
     wenn  er,  je  nach Situation, angemessen kommunizieren
     kann, wenn er voran schreiten und gleichzeitig das neue
     Komplexe  einfach  beschreiben  kann,  dann erreicht er
     wirklich etwas.

     Das gilt fuer Browser und das Web in gleicher Weise.

Translated:

     If someone learns a very elaborate language that allows
     him  to  conquer  new  situations, but at the same time
     loses or lessens the ability to communicate with others
     ...  then  he  lost  as  much as he gained. Only if he,
     depending on the situation, is able to  communicate  in
     an appropriate way, if he is able to go ahead and still
     can describe new complex things in simple  words,  then
     he truly has achieved something.

     This applies to browsers and the web as well.
