I was pointed to cronic(1) [0] today. I'm not sure what to  think
of  it.  I like that the website explains well *why* it was writ-
ten. However, it's more of a a fiddling with the problem  results
than fixing the problem roots. But OTOH, it's the attempt to work
on it.

Maybe I don't really see the usecase, as most of my  crontab  en-
tries  invoke  self-written  shell scripts. If they don't control
their output, then the problem is at that place, and  not  to  be
shushed with cronic(1).
