2016-05-12 In the old times, telephone phreaks used to dial through several phones and at the end call themselves. This resulted in such long delays that they could actually have a conversation with them- selves. Nowadays, everything is faster. You hardly notice the hops and layers you go through if you don't think about them ex- plicitly. Today, I wanted to have a look at some Apache rewrite rule I wrote several years ago. To access it, I used a virtual Unix machine on a Windows computer to ssh to my public server, from there, ssh to a computer at home, from there ssh to my home server, there access the file. It wasn't necessary to bind-mount a disk image, that contained an ISO image to be bind-mounted, which contained a tarball, which was to be mounted using a fuse tar-gz filesystem ... but all that would have been further steps of fun as well ... ;-) http://marmaro.de/lue/ markus schnalke
