These days, I'm reading the Banahan's and Rutter's book  ``UNIX''
(written  1982), in the German translation, by Axel T. Schreiner.
It's an interesting feeling, because it appears, that the  trans-
lator  knows much more on the subject than the authors. There are
several places, where Schreiner corrects the authors like a  pro-
fessor correcting the doctoral students.

The book also includes this noteworthy construct:

     .ds s \o'p3'

I found it pretty interesting and on the first look obscure, that
I asked the local computer group to guess what it means.



After six years, Debian bug #512387, which I reported, is solved.
Yay! This is long-term work, and I like that.
