2014-09-16 A great idea is the ``Meta-''RFC 2119. [0] It describes how the words ``MUST'', ``SHOULD'', ``MAY'' and others are intended to be used in other RFCs. I'm currently commenting on a technical standard document, which does not use such reserved words with a defined meaning. I be- lieve that this is a disadvantage. In seeing how foggy standards can be (although by accident) I begin to value the clarity and quality of RFCs even more. Until now, I thought this would be normal and to expect. It is not.
