Solved a latex problem: The compilation failed. The  Problem  ap-
peared  when the bibtex file was added to the text. Actually, the
text wasn't written in latex in the first go, but was  a  conver-
sion  of a Microsoft Word document. The bibliography data was ex-
ported  from  Zotero.  By  cutting  down  the  problem  area,   I
discovered this character sequence

     \'\i

in the bibtex file. (Meant was the  letter  `i'  with  an  accent
aigu.)  When  I removed the second pair of backslashes, it worked
as expected.

     \'i

is of the same pattern that is also used for accented variants of
other letters.

Is Zotero's export broken?
