2014-02-07 Mailing lists tend to gather spam ... somewhen. For one of my lists this point was reached now. I switched the list to non- member-post=moderated. A problem is, that, when sending mail from the local account, the sender address is (without domain name). (The domain is added when the messages leaves the machines.) Now, these messages are rejected by the list, because I'm subscribed with . I'm not sure with which approach I like to deal with this problem. In the debianforum.de, one wanted to compare exactly two lines and act depending on whether they are equal or different. The others suggested to read the two lines into variables and compare them, using the shell or awk. My approach was different: I sug- gested to use `uniq | wc -l'.
