2013-06-02 GPN13 [0] is over. I've been there (obviously as I live in Karlsruhe currently), but attended only a few talks. The lightning talks [1] were very worthwhile to listen. My favor- ites were ``slides.p6'', which had the technical level I was searching for, and ``DHCXSSP'' as well as ``Kannel als SMS Gate- way'', because they were exactly the kind of talk I expected on such a conference. Besides, Michi presented his minimalistic-web project [2] ... but that was old news for me. Nonetheless, it fit well in. Of course, I was most looking forward to sECuRE's ``Plan 9'' talk. [3] It gave me all that I wanted: Concepts, technical de- tails, demonstration, and a very pleasant presentation style. Please, more of that! During GPN, I've met Claude, who attended my mmh talk last year. He had shown interest in mmh and I wanted to know more about him, thus we met. Michi stayed all the days with me. Hence, we had some very good discussions on information storage in general and on Francesc's work in particular and on many more topics. In the end, I ended with my own thoughts on Plan 9 and how I might be able to save my computing world, maybe.
