2011-06-14 After the vimprobable talk at Linuxtag, I've considered the ``browser question'' again. Vimprobable is not the kind of browser I like but uzbl is, hence I think of investigating in it again. At least I should do it ... soon. But then I read about a ``Binary Protocol'' proposal for uzbl ... and the community didn't went crazy. This was the point when I realized that uzbl isn't anymore how it had been in the begin- ning. Current uzbl isn't attractive anymore; it lost it's origi- nal goals. Maybe that's not to surprising as the project leader, Dieter Plaetinck, left the project himself half year ago. What now? Take an old version of uzbl and adjust it, like I did it with dwm? http://marmaro.de/lue/ markus schnalke
