Removed some configure options and maildir support from masqmail.
Compiling masqmail becomes easier to understand now.

Investigated into `localhost' vs 127.0.0.1:  The latter does more
surely  point  to  the loop-back interface.  Some software can be
fooled if you  set  `localhost'  to  some  other  IP  address  in
/etc/hosts.
