2018-01-12 State of my Bag During this year of disc golf I've spent a lot of time thinking about my bag (and well arranged bags in general). I do like small bags and I am fascinated by three or four disc ``bags''. My own bag more and more came into shape during this year. Some discs were fix all time, some more in flux. This is the current state: Putters: I think I do putt best with my two identical D-Line P2s. I always carry two of them, at least for appropriate warm up. For throwing putter I carry a Pure with me (currently I like the Retro one best). I can putt with this disc as well. If I like to go really minimal, then I leave the P2s at home and take the Pure only. Midranges: This is easiest and long time settled: I carry the ESP Comet and ESP Zone. One neutral, one overstable. The Zone is great for forehands too, and a great driver on short holes. Drivers: My only drivers are fairways. Currently I'd go with Teebirds only. One is a DX Teebird, one is the Champ Teebird, and then, depending on how big I accept the bag to grow, another Teebird inbetween. This makes 3 Putters, 2 Midranges, 3 Drivers = 8 discs. Or the smaller version: 2 Putters, 2 Midranges, 2 Drivers = 6 discs. I don't have a disc golf bag, but I have a sports bag, which is better sized for ten or twelve discs. Additionally I have a small bag which can hold at most four discs. I miss something in between, one for eight discs plus clothes, food, waeter and stuff. Maybe if I'd sew a separater into the sports bag ... http://marmaro.de/discgolf/ markus schnalke
