These are the discs I own ------------------------- (46 discs) Putters (17 discs) D-Line P3 (3/2/0/3) yellow, 171g 2017-11 The disc has much less fade than one might think (especially compared to the Zone). It is a great disc for single disc rounds and a good driving putter. It is flat-top. I now use it for putting, replacing the P2s. D-Line P3 (3/2/0/2) yellow, 175g 2018-04 This is a newer P3. (They have corrected the flight numbers.) It is also a flat-top. Looks as if this could result in a P3 cycle. D-Line P3 (3/2/0/2) yellow, 175g 2018-08 D-Line P3 (3/2/0/2) yellow, 175g 2018-08 Two more of these. Also flat top. D-Line P3 (3/2/0/2) yellow, 172g 2019-02 Has a mild dome. The plastic is much more rigid. C-Line P3 (3/2/0/3) light blue, 185g 2018-10 Has the fade of a new D-Line P3. Does not feel like a D-Line P3, unfortunately. ESP Zone (4/3/0/3) yellow, 171g 2017-08 My short overstable disc. For a long time I wanted to have a Zone. This one has a slight puddle-top. It's a very versatile disc. I use it for so many shots. In midrange distances, the Comet and the Zone cover all my shots. The Zone also is my prefered short forehand disc. And it is a good choice for one disc rounds. Zone ftw! JB Zone (4/3/0/3) purple, 171g 2018-08 This one is board-flat. Such a nice disc! A bit less overstable than the ESP one. I fell in instant love with this one. It has such a great flight. Star Wedge (3.5/3/-3/1) green, 175g 2018-12 A beautiful X-out misprint. Makes a great impression after first throws ... D-Line P2 (2/3/0/1) white, 171g 2016-12 D-Line P2 (2/3/0/1) white, 171g 2017-01 Used to be my putting putters. These discs are identical, except for the stamp color. I don't have a preference among them. I like their thickness for putting, but don't like to throw them much because of their depth. S-Line P2 (2/3/0/1) yellow, 171g 2017-02 Was intended as a throwing putter, but it's too depth for me. I cannot throw it well, thus it is used as an additional practice putter only. Opto Pure (3/3/0/0) red, 174g 2017-02 I intended that one as a throwing putter. Pures are much like Comets, but can be thrown a bit slower without fade. My other Pures tend to have more grip. I seldom use this one. Zero H Pure (3/3/0/0) grey, 174g 2017-08 Bought this one only for friends to play with. The hard plastic is really stiff and pretty slick. It's not as bad for putting as I first thought it would be. Zero M Pure (3/3/0/0) white, 174g 2017-11 Grippy version of the Pure. Not really what I like. Retro Pure (3/3/0/0) yellow, 172g 2017-11 Between the Zero hard and medium plastic. This one is my favorite Pure. It's my understable upshot putter. But I tend to prefer discs with some fade. DX Aero (3/6/0/0) red, 172g 2016-12 My very first disc. It was perfect for practicing in the beginning, cause it only flies well if you throw it with technique; you won't get it anywhere with pure power. This disc is ``more different'' than any other I have. It's rather a midrange than a putter (when it came out back then it even was considered a driver). It flies straight with few power and it can get a long way on a calm day, as well. It just does not handle wind. Midranges (8 discs) ESP Comet (4/4/-2/1) light blue, 171g 2016-12 This is the disc I most like throwing and it used to be the disc that went farthest. Since I advanced and learned to throw drivers a bit farther, the Comet is no longer as outstanding as it used to be. Still, it is a great choice for one disc rounds. I began to love it even more after the windy P&A in March 2017. I used to not go without that disc, but today I don't bag any midranges. X Comet (4/4/-2/1) red, 171g 2017-08 More domey than the ESP one. Feels not as good as the ESP Comet. This disc is picky on OAT. It's more of a practice tool. BigZ Comet (4/4/-2/1) orange, 171g 2018-03 A more stable Comet. Overlaps with my P3. Z Wasp (5/3/0/2) red, 171g 2018-03 My ``platebee''. Straight to fade midrange. Overlaps with my Zone. Z-FLX Buzzz (5/4/-1/1) orange, 171g 2016-12 It took some time until I learned to use this disc. No other of my discs holds hyzers and annies as easy as this one. OTOH, I have to be careful with the release angle, as the disc will fly exactly that line, even if the release angle was only different by accident. I can flick that forehand better than any of my other mids, but I don't carry this disc with me on the course as having it only for forehands is not enough reason for a disc minimalist. It doesn't add enough to my game to carry it with me. Besides, I don't like the gummy flex plastic. DX Roc (4/4/0/3) blue, 170g 2017-01 In the meantime this disc is beat-in and goes straight. I can put it on different lines, but it requires more release angle change than the Buzzz to do so. It is much like my Comet. I don't take this disc with me on the course. I understand why Rocs are so popular, but I like my Comet more. DX Shark (4/4/0/2) blue, 177g 2017-11 Allround midrange. I don't bag it. M Aurora MS (?) orange, 180g 2017-11 Allround midrange. Great feel in the hand! A bit too understable. I don't bag it. Drivers (21 discs) Champ Teebird (7/5/0/2) light green, 175g 2017-01 I cannot overpower this disc. No need to care -- this disc won't surprise me badly. It's a great disc backhand, but I also use it for overhead and most sidearm shots. I can throw nice long flexshots with it. It is always in my bag. It was my first driver and my only disc with an ace. Echostar Teebird (7/5/0/2) green, 175g 2017-11 Not as overstable as the Champ Teebird, but almost. Great driver. Now my main straight-to-fade driver, replacing the more OS Champ Teebird. Star Teebird (7/5/0/2) white, 158g 2017-02 This one has less fade than the Champ Teebird. After some time of unsureness about this disc, I realized that it can be a most successful driver (without wind). A yay for lighter weights! DX Teebird (7/5/0/2) purple, 175g 2017-08 People write that DX Teebirds fly straight and far when beat in. This is the case. I use it for straight shots without fade, and for long annies. It is a far flying disc. I would have bought it in a brighter color, but there were no choices. DX Teebird (7/5/0/2) blue, 171g 2017-11 Much like the other DX Teebird, but with noticably more turn. Champ Eagle-X (7/4/-1/3) red, 175g 2018-08 A flat one in mostly opaque plastic. Really beefy. Probably more beefy than my Felon. Star Eagle-X (7/4/-1/3) red, 170g 2017-10 Provides nice flex lines. It flies long ways and has a dependable fade, too. I don't bag it currently. DX Eagle-X (7/4/-1/3) orange, 171g 2017-08 Out of curiocity I picked this disc. Currently, I only practice with it. Not exactly sure why ... It is a great disc. It's a backup disc often in the bag. DX Eagle-X (7/4/-1/3) white, 175g 2018-08 Threw it over 90m (as far as my best throws with such discs) on my second throw. It is PFN. DX Leopard (6/5/-2/1) yellow, 167g 2017-02 Understable. 300 F7 (...) gray, 175g 2018-10 Sursprisingly not as understable as I thought. Z Sting (...) yellow, 171g 2018-10 Easy distance. Quantum QJLS (8/5/-2/2) maroon, 165g 2017-02 This one is pretty similar to the baseline plastic Teebirds and Eagle concerning the use cases, it just has a bit less fade at the end. I should practice more line-shaping with it. This disc is versatile. Often enough it's my most successful driver. It is different to the other drivers I have. It surprises me again and again! I like it, because often enough it works well when other discs fail. Overlaps with the DX Teebird, however. Quantum QJLS (8/5/-2/2) purple, 170g 2017-02 This one hangs on the wall, because it is -- at the same time -- too dark to spot on the course and hugely beautiful. The other QJLS flies all the same, anyway. Star Valkyrie (9/4/-2/2) yellow, 170g 2017-10 I bought it to try out a faster disc. Valkyries are much recommended, and this one is in such bright yellow, I just had to get it. Its flight is like the QJLS. After having hard times at the beginning, I start to like the disc. It goes quite far. It now became my main driver. :-) Pro Valkyrie (9/4/-2/2) blue, 175g 2018-12 More understable than the Star Valk. It's a F2 disc. I've had most of my longest throws with that disc. Champ Roadrunner (9/4/-4/1) yellow, 167g 2018-10 Pretty similar to the Valkyrie, just a bit more understable. Lucid Felon (9/3/.5/4) blue, 171g 2018-03 To have another and more overstable disc besides my Champion Teebird. It hooks hard to the left but, surprisingly, flies pretty far. Does the best skips. Proline Hellfire (10/3/0/5) yellow, 175g 2018-12 Even a bit more overstable than the Felon. But doesn't feel as well in the hand. Plasma Insanity (10/5/-2/1.5) yellow/red, 176g 2019-02 More understable that I thought, closer to the RR than the VL. Prime Trespass (12/5/-.5/3) light blue, 171g 2018-03 My first and only true distance driver. Flies far if I get the nose down.
